In an official blog post, Google has announced the Google Talk app with built-in video and voice chat for Android devices. Using the new Gtalk app you will be able to voice or video chat with your friends whether they are on Gingerbread powered phone, Honeycomb tablet or even if they are on their computer. Moreover you will be able to make both the video and voice calls over all the 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi connections.
Google Talk with video and voice chat will be first available to Nexus S users within the “next few weeks” while other Android 2.3+ devices will get the app in the future.
