Finally Chronic Dev-Team has released the most awaited Greenpois0n RC5 untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1. Greenpois0n RC5 allows you to untethered jailbreak your iOS device running 4.2.1 without any saved SHSH blobs. Currently Greenpois0n RC5 is available for Mac OS X only. Windows version will follow soon.
Warning: Ultrasn0w unlockers stay away from the stock iOS 4.2.1 ipsw.

Update 1: If you’re stopped at “Greenpois0n initialized. Re-try greenpois0n again, except when you’ve entered DFU mode, don’t let go of the home button. And it would be better to trun auto-sleep off your iOS device before playing with greenpois0n.
Update 2: If your are already having redsn0w tethered 4.2.1 jailbreak then there isn’t any need to restore iOS 4.2.1 again, just run the greenpois0n to get untethered.
