NokiaAnother hottest news related to NetBooks. Nokia has announced its first ever Netbook named Booklet 3G. The NetBook will be shipped in Q3 2009. The NetBook will be based on the Intel Atom processor, same as sony UMPCs they are great but not too fast as required because they runs Intel Atom Processor.
But we can say the Intel-Atom processor for a NetBook is a good job done because the main use of Netbook is to surf the Internet easily and on the go. So it doesn’t require fast processing like Dual Core Processors for instance. The NetBook will run Microsoft Windows. It promises 12-hour battery life. Its weight is about 2.75 Pounds, and it has built-in GPS.
The Nokia 3G Booklet has got a 10-inch screen and measures only 20mm in thickness. As it is named it is a 3G Netbook. Actual specs and details will be announced by Nokia on September 2nd, but it’s believed that the Booklet 3G will run Microsoft Windows 7 because Nokia don’t want that their first NetBook fails with the failed Windows Vista!
Now a days Nokia is not playing well in Mobile Markets. Moreover LG is making better products than Nokia as far as touch phone mobiles are concerned. And their devices are being preferred over Nokia. Now Nokia has jumped into a new War of NetBooks. Now lets see that will Nokia get popularity in this field or not as there are big player who won’t let Nokia to get away with it!
