doubleTwist a desktop application for Windows and Mac OS allows you to explore Android Market and Amazon MP3 Store. Its provide a UI similar to that of iTunes and yes you can call it iTunes for Android. Alongwith Android it also supports Blackberry, Palm, PSP and many other devices. Android Market shows Featured, Paid and free Apps in the same way as iTunes. You can see the screenshots as well as ratings and reviews of the Apps.
